| 摘 要： | 利用参考血清,按试剂盒标明的使用方法,对上海优耐特生物医药有限公司提供的3批猪口蹄疫病毒VP1结构蛋白抗体和3批猪口蹄疫病毒NS非结构蛋白抗体ELISA诊断试剂盒的敏感性和特异性分别进行了检测.结果表明,2种试剂盒的敏感性和特异性均符合标准规定.

| Abstract: | Six batches of diagnostic ELISA kits were supplied by Sanghai Unit Corporation. Among them, SH00150, SH00151 and SH00152 were designed for the detection of FMDV VP1 structural protein antibody, and SH00144, SH00145 and SH00146 were for the detection of FMDV NS nonstructural protein antibody. In this paper, the sensitivity and specificity of the six batches diagnostic ELISA kits were detected with reference sera. Results showed that the sensitivity and specificity of those kits were all accorded with the regulation of correlative criterion. |
