| 摘 要： | 应用胶体金免疫层析技术建立了恩诺沙星和环丙沙星快速检测试纸，并对试纸条的检测限、特异性和稳定性等参数进行了确定。结果表明，该试纸条对牛奶样本的检测限为50μg/L，能够特异性地检测恩诺沙星和环丙沙星，与液相色谱-串联质谱方法检测的阴性样本符合率为97．8％。该试纸条在2℃～8℃或室温可保存12个月，可应用于恩诺沙星在牛奶中的快速筛查现场检测。

| Abstract: | The rapid test strip for detection of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin was developed based on colloidal gold immune chromatographic technology, and its technical parameters, such as sensitivity, specificity and stability were tested respectively. The results showed that the LOD of the strip was 50 μg/L and was specific for enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin detection. The coincidence rate of negative samples was 97.8% compared with LC - MS/MS. The rapid test strip can be stored at 2 % - 8 ℃ or room temperature for at least 12 months and be applied for rapid enrofloxacin screening in milk. |
