| 摘 要： | 30日龄肉杂鸡50只,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各25只.试验组用饮水方式投服脾脏粗提物,对照组供给等量的自来水,并于第10天和第20天时采血测定其生理生化值.结果表明,试验组第10天和第20天时的血液红细胞数、总蛋白含量均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);血液白细胞数、葡萄糖和球蛋白含量均高于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05).

| Abstract: | miscellaneous broilers of 30 days old were divided into treatment group and control group (randomly). The number of each group was 25. The treatment group drinked water with crude extractions from spleen, control group drinked tap water of equal quantity. On the 10th and 20th days,collecting blood and (determining) their (physiologic) and biochemical values. The results showed that the count of red blood cell and the content of total protein in the treatment group were higher than that in control group (P>0.05). The count of blood leucocyte and the content of glucose and globulin in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group (remarkably)(P<0.05). |
