复方中药对感染NIB鸡红细胞免疫功能的影响

为了探明由熟地等组成的复方中药对人工感染NIB雏鸡红细胞免疫功能的影响规律,将雏鸡随机分为5组（空白对照组,攻毒对照组,复方中药低剂量、中剂量、高剂量治疗组）,分别于给药后3、6、9、14、19 d采集血样,测定RBC-CR1花环率与RBC-IC花环率。结果显示,该复方中药可以使人工感染NIB雏鸡RBC-CR1花环率显著回升,并恢复到正常水平;同时使人工感染NIB雏鸡RBC-IC花环率显著升高,然后再恢复到正常水平。该复方中药的作用呈现剂量效应。该复方中药可以提高人工感染NIB雏鸡红细胞的免疫功能。

Effect of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on the Immune Function of Erythrocyte in Chicken Infected by Nephropathogenic Infectious Bronchitis Virus

In order to study the effect of the compound Chinese herbal medicine including Shudi etc. on the immune function of erythrocyte in chickens infected by nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis virus, the chickens were randomly divided into 5 groups （blank control group, infected control group, low dose compound Chinese herbal medicine group, medium dose compound Chinese herbal medicine group, high dose compound Chinese herbal medicine group）. At the 3rd,6th,9th, 14th and 19th days after administration, the chickens＇ rosette forma- tion rates of RBC - CRI and RBC - IC were detected. The results showed that the compound Chinese herbal medi- cine can increase the chickens＇ rosette formation rates of RBC - CR1 and RBC - IC, reconvert them to natural level, and present dosage effect. The experiment indicated that the compound Chinese herbal medicine can improve the immune function of erythrocyte in chickens infected by nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis virus.
