禽霍乱蜂胶灭活疫苗对雏鸡免疫试验

本文报告不同剂量禽霍乱蜂胶灭活疫苗对雏鸡免疫的安全性和效果，按雏难的日龄分成Ⅰ组，Ⅱ组，Ⅲ组，Ⅳ组共４组。结果，Ⅰ组接种０．３ｍｌ，０．４ｍｌ，０．５ｍｌ苗的鸡反应率分别为１６．７４％，１６．７６，１７．７９％，免疫后３个月统计，死亡率分别为３．０９％，２．８５％，２．８９％。Ⅱ组接种０．３ｍｌ，０．５ｍｌ，０．７ｍｌ苗的反应率分别为１２．８２％，１３．８３％，１６．２６％，死亡率分别为４．２９％

Observations on the Effect of Vaccination with the Inactivated Fowl Cholera Propolis Adjuvant Vaccine for Chickens

A total of more than 20 thousands peasant chickens of different ages in the rural area which have broken fowl cholera were vaccinated with the inactivated fowl cholera propolis adjuvant vaccine. Among them 3425 chickens aged 30-40 days old vaccinated in the dosage of 0.3-0.5ml,5318 chickens aged 40-50 days old vaccinated in the dosage of 0.3-0.7ml,3480 chickens aged 50- 60 days old in the dosage of 0.9-1ml and still 8530 chickens aged 60 days ovev in the dosage of 1.0-1.5ml. Some 12-17% chicken appeared vaccine reactions in the following 1-2 days after vaccination, but no local effect were observed.3 months after vaccination, mortalities of the vaccinated chickens in the order of ages groups were 3%,3.5%,3% and 2.7% respectively, and that in the unvaccinated control groups were 8.8%,8.9%, 10.2% and 10.1% respectively. 5 chickens, from each ages group were challenged with the virulent pasteurella multocida 3 months after vaccination,19/20 survived and 16/16 of the unvaccinated controls died. The authors suggested that this vaccine is of safety and potency the adequate dosage for chicken of 30-50 days old is 0.5ml,for 50 days old over is 1.0ml.
