19种植物提取物的杀螨活性观察

通过体外杀虫试验观察了百部等 19种植物甲醇粗提物对兔痒螨的杀灭活性。结果表明含原植物 5 0 %的百部、橘皮、白鲜皮、苦楝皮、苦参、打破碗花花和博落回等 7种植物甲醇粗提物的水悬液均可在 4h内杀灭兔痒螨成虫 ,其中百部与博落回可在 2h内杀灭痒螨 ,其活性不低于2mg/L的阿维菌素水溶液

In Vitro Acaricidal Effect of 19 Plant Extracts on Psoroptic Mange

Methanol crude extracts from 19 different species of plants were subjected to an in vitro bioassay to kill psoroptic mange acquired from naturally infected rabbits. The extracts from the root of Stemona tuberosa, seedcase of Citrus tangerina, bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus, bark of Melia azedarach, root of Sophora flavescens, whole plant of Anemone hupehensis and aerial parts of Macleaya cordata were indicated to be active to kill rabbit psoroptic mange within 4 hours in a material concentration of 50%.Among them the mathanol extracts of the root of stemona tuberosa and the aerial parts of Macleaya have the most potent activity which can kill rabbit psoroptic mange within 2 hours.The activity is not less than that of the solution of Avermectin in 2 mg/L.
