广东地区鸭黄病毒QS株的分离和初步鉴定

摘    要:从广东省清远地区某蛋鸭场采样,接种鸭胚后分离到一株疑似鸭黄病毒QS株,经PCR、RT-PCR检测为黄病毒阳性。序列测定后分析显示,QS株与黄病毒属Tembusu病毒相似性最高,其中与Fengxian株相似性最高达99%。结果表明,QS株为黄病毒并与该病鸭产蛋急剧下降有关。

Abstract:Samples were collected from the diseased ducks in qingyuan city of Guangdong province. PCR and RT-PCR results showed that the isolate named strain QS was positive for duck flavivirus. Sequence analysis showed that strain QS was most closely related to Tembusu Virus, and had the greatest similarity (99%) with strain Fengxian. The results demonstrated that strain QS belonged to flavivirus, and might cause abrupt reduction in eggs.
