| 摘 要： | 通过动物实验，判定辛夷挥发油的抗炎效应，本试验采用３种炎症动物模型，离体回肠被记法，分光光度法，结果表明辛胰油对３种炎症动物模型均有抗炎作用，能抑制离体豚鼠回肠的过敏性收缩及炎症介质的形成。具有明显抗炎效应。

| Abstract: | To determine whether the volatile oil of Flos magnoliae(VOFM) possess anti inflammation effect. Models of three inflammatory animal tests were used with the methods of isolated ileo graphy and spectrophotometry.The results showed that the inflammatory reaction of experimental animals,the anaphylactic contraction of isolated ileum of guinea pigs and the production of inflammatory mediators (histamine,PGE 2) were inhibited.And the anti inflammation effect of this oil was confirmed. |
