Evaluation Key Points and Common Problems in Registration Data of Veterinary Drug Residue Tests in Food-producing Animal

After the use of veterinary drug in food-producing animal, the veterinary drug residue in animal-derived foods such as meat, eggs and milk may have a toxic effect on consumers, affecting human health and consumption safety. Therefore, controlling veterinary drug residue in animal-derived food has become an important part of veterinary drug research and development and food safety. The veterinary drug residue test data in food-producing animal mainly include maximum residue limit standard, residue detection method standard and withdrawal time of veterinary drug. In this paper, the evaluation key points and common problems in registration data of veterinary drug residue tests in food-producing animal in recent years were reviewed, in order to provide reference for the research, development and registration of veterinary drug used in food-producing animal.
