| 摘 要： | 综述了近年来国内外生物样品中克林霉素检测方法的最新研究进展，并详尽地比较了各种检测方法的优缺点。主要介绍了高效液相色谱和液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法，包括样品的前处理、仪器方法以及各种方法间的比较。以期能对以后比较复杂的生物样品中（如肌肉、肝脏等）克林霉素的检测提供参考，从而有助于此药在组织中消除规律及残留量的研究。

| Abstract: | The latest researches about determination of clindamycin in biological were summarized in the paper. The high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography with mass spectrum methods detection clindamycin were described in detail, and the sample pre-processing, instrument condition, as well as the differences among methods were compared. The aim of the review is to offer reference for the further research of clindamycin. |
