摘    要:试验旨在研究使用不同菌剂进行青贮处理的甘蔗尾叶对水牛生长性能、血清生化指标及瘤胃发酵参数的影响。分别采用酵母菌+植物乳酸杆菌(试验1组)、乳酸杆菌+芽孢杆菌(试验2组)和植物乳杆菌+戊糖片球菌+布氏乳杆菌(试验3组)制作青贮甘蔗尾叶。选取30头18月龄左右、体重(310±8)kg的摩拉二代和广西本地杂交水公牛,随机分为3组,每组10头,预试期10 d,正式试验期51 d。结果表明:青贮后试验1组干物质和粗蛋白质含量均极显著高于试验2组和试验3组(P<0.01),青贮评分也比另外两组高,青贮品质较好。试验1组平均日增重(ADG)显著高于试验2组(P<0.05),且料重比(F/G)极显著低于另外两组(P<0.01);3个处理组的血液生化指标无显著差异(P>0.05);试验1组水牛瘤胃液中的NH3-N浓度极显著高于试验2组和试验3组(P<0.01)。综上所述,添加酵母菌和植物乳酸杆菌进行青贮的甘蔗尾叶品质较好,且饲喂水牛后提高了其生产性能。

Effect of silage sugarcane tail leaves treated with different fermentation agents on buffalo production performance,serum biochemical indexes and rumen fermentation parameters
Abstract:The aim of the experiment was to explore the effects of different silage treatments of sugarcane tail leaves on growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters and serum biochemical indexes of water buffalo.The silage sugarcane tail leaf was produced by the following ferment starters:yeast+Lactobacillus plantarum(group1),Lactobacillus plantarum+Bacillus subtilis(group2)and Lactobacillus plantarum+Pediococcus pentosaceus+Lactobacillus buchneri(group3).Then 30 Mora II and Guangxi local hybrid male buffaloes,aged about 18 months and weighing(310±8)kg,were randomly divided into three groups,each with ten animals,a pre-feeding period of ten days,and a trial period of 51 days.The results showed that the dry matter and crude protein contents of the group 1 were significantly higher than those of group 2 and group 3 after silage(P<0.01),the silage score was also higher than the other two groups,and the quality of the silage was better.The average daily weight gain(ADG)of group 1 was significantly higher than that of group 2(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio(F/G)was significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in blood biochemical indexes among the three treatment groups(P>0.05).The concentration of NH3-N in the rumen fluid of buffalo in group 1 was significantly higher than that in group 2 and group 3(P<0.01).In summary,the quality of sugarcane tail leaves silaged with yeast and Lactobacillus plantarum was better,and the production performance of buffalo was improved after feeding the silage sugarcane tail leaves.
