摘    要:为探讨复合菌剂和酸化剂对玉米秸秆青贮有氧稳定性及有氧暴露期间微生物数量、pH值、粗蛋白、干物质量的影响,以玉米秸秆为青贮原料,设置3个处理:对照组、复合菌剂组、复合菌剂+酸化剂组。青贮90 d。有氧暴露1、3、7、11 d分别取样测定微生物数量、pH值、粗蛋白、干物质量。结果显示,与对照组相比,复合菌剂组、复合菌剂+酸化剂组均能提高青贮品质,显著减少有氧暴露期间粗蛋白、干物质损失(P<0.05)。与复合菌剂组相比,复合菌剂+酸化剂组有效抑制酵母菌繁殖,显著提升青贮有氧稳定性(P<0.05)。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of compound microbial agents and acidifiers on aerobic stability of corn straw silage and microbial quantity, p H value, crude protein and dry matter quality during aerobic exposure, corn straw was used as silage material and three treatments were set up: control group, compound microbial agent group and compound bacteria agent + acidifier group. After 90 d of silage, samples were taken for 1, 3, 7 and 11 d after aerobic exposure. The quantity of microorganism, p H value, crude protein and dry matter quality were determined. The results showed that compared with the control group, the compound microbial agent group and the compound microbial agent + acidifier group could improve the silage quality, significantly reduce the loss of crude protein and dry matter during aerobic exposure(P<0.05). Compared with the compound microbial agent group, the compound microbial agent + acidifier group effectively inhibited yeast reproduction and significantly improved the aerobic stability of silage(P<0.05).
