| 摘 要： | 挤压膨化作为一项新兴技术应用于多个领域。挤压膨化是在高温、高压、高剪切力的作用下使物料的品质特性得到改善,且产生某些风味物质。文章综述挤压膨化的分类、挤压膨化机的国内外研究进展、挤压膨化对物料品质特性的影响以及在饲料行业中的应用,为挤压膨化技术应用于其他领域提供参考。

| Abstract: | As a new technology,extrusion has been applied in many fields.Extrusion is to improve the quality characteristics of the material under the action of high temperature,high pressure and high shear force,and produce certain flavor substances.In the paper,the classification of extrusion,the research progress of extrusion machine at home and abroad,the influence of extrusion on material quality characteristics and its application in feed industry are summarized,which provide reference for the application of extrusion technology in other fields. |
