百脉根单宁对3月龄湖羊生长性能和瘤胃发酵性能的影响

摘    要:试验研究百脉根单宁对湖羊生长性能和瘤胃发酵性能的影响和百脉根的饲喂价值。在相同能量和蛋白水平下,分别饲喂以苜蓿燕麦混合干草(A组)、百脉根(B组)、百脉根+PEG(C组)为粗饲料的饲粮。结果显示:A、B、C三组的平均日增重没有显著差异(P>0.05),A组的干物质、酸性洗涤纤维、粗蛋白表观消化率显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05),B组和C组的干物质、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、粗蛋白质的表观消化率没有显著差异(P>0.05)。B组的氨氮浓度、总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸浓度显著低于A组和C组(P<0.05)。B组的pH值显著高于A组和C组(P<0.05)。结果表明,百脉根中单宁对百脉根的营养物质消化没有显著影响,但会降低瘤胃的挥发性脂肪酸的浓度。百脉根的营养物质的表观消化率高于苜蓿和燕麦混合干草,有较高的饲喂价值。

Effect of Lotus corniculatus Tannin on growth performance and rumen fermentation performance of three months Hu sheep
Abstract:The test studied the effect of tannin in Lotus corniculatus on the growth performance and rumen fermentation performance of Hu sheep and evaluate the feeding value of Lotus corniculatus.Three kinds of roughage diets were fed with alfalfa mixed oats(group A),Lotus corniculatus(group B)and Lotus corniculatus+PEG(group C)at the same energy and protein conditions.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average daily gain of group A,B and C(P>0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter,acid detergent fiber and crude protein in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the apparent digestibility of dry matter,neutral washing fiber,acid detergent fiber and crude protein in group B and C(P>0.05).The concentrations of NH3-N,total volatile fatty acids,acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid in group B were significantly lower than those in group A and C(P<0.05).The pH of group B was significantly higher than that of group A and C(P<0.05).The results showed that tannin had no effect on nutrient digestion,but decreased the concentration of volatile fatty acids in rumen.The apparent digestibility of nutrients in Lotus corniculatus is higher than that of alfalfa and oat mixed.It has high feeding value.
