“清远黑鬃鹅”早期生长与体尺性状发育规律的研究

摘    要:为充分了解广东地区重要鹅种“清远黑鬃鹅”的生产性能和生长发育规律,本研究测定“清远黑鬃鹅”0~9周龄的生长性能,并用Gompertz、Logistics和Von bertalanffy 3种模型对其体重及体尺性状进行生长曲线拟合,同时对9周龄体重与体尺性状进行相关性分析。结果表明:Gompertz模型为“清远黑鬃鹅”体重最佳拟合模型(R^2=0.998),拐点体重为1 642.68 g,拐点周龄为3.93周龄;半潜水长、胸宽和骨盆宽的最佳拟合模型为Gompertz模型,体斜长的最佳拟合模型为Von bertalanffy模型,胫长、胫围、龙骨长、胸深和胫长的最佳拟合模型为Logistic模型;体重与体尺性状各指标间均呈正相关,与体斜长、胸宽、骨盆宽、龙骨长、胫围、半潜水长、颈长均达极显著相关,与胫长呈显著相关。

Abstract:Qingyuan Heizong goose(Magang goose × Wuzong goose) is an important goose species resource in Guangdong province. This study measured growth performance of Qingyuan heizong goose at 0-9 weeks. Growth curve fitting was performed by body weight and body size traits using Gompertz, Logistics and Von bertalanffy models respectively. At the same time, correlation analysis was performed for 9-week-old body weight with body size traits. The results showed that the Gompertz model had the best effect on fitting with the growth curves of body weight(R~2=0.998), the growth inflexionof body weight was 1642.68 g, the growth inflexion of time was 3.93 w. Gompertz model was the best fit model of Semi-submersible length, Chest width, Pelvis width. The best fit model of Body length was Von bertalanffy model, Logistic model was the best fit model of Tibia length, Shank circumference, Keel length, Chest deep, Neck length. Body weight were positively correlated with most of body size indexes. Body length, chest width, pelvis wide, long keel and shank circumference, semi-submersible length, neck length correlation were highly significant(P<0.01). Tibia length reached significance(P<0.05). The results of this study can provide theoretical guidance for the breeding management and breeding practice of Qingyuan heizong goose.
