补充异亮氨酸改善血球粉对仔猪饲用价值的研究

选择 4 2日龄平均体重 1 1kg的三元杂交断奶仔猪 3 0头 ,随机分为 2个处理 ,分别饲喂以下日粮 :( 1 )低蛋白质 ( 1 6%)日粮补充赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和色氨酸 (对照组 ,含喷雾干燥血球粉 6%,异亮氨酸含量 0 .4 1 %) ;( 2 )在对照组日粮的基础上进一步补充 0 .2 3 %合成异亮氨酸 (试验组 )。试验结果 :试验组日增重、日采食量和饲料转化率分别比对照组提高 81 %、4 8%和 1 9%(P <0 .0 5)。总游离氨基酸、葡萄糖、胰岛素和皮质醇含量组间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5)。血清尿素氮和血清氨含量试验组显著低于对照组(P <0 .0 5)。结论 :异亮氨酸是仔猪高血球粉低蛋白质日粮的一个重要限制因子 ;补充异亮氨酸可明显改善血球粉的饲用效果

Effect of Isoleucine Supplementation on the Improvement of Feeding Value of Spray-dried Blood Cell in Piglets

Thirty piglets (11.00 kg) were used to investigate effects of crystal isoleucine supplementation (0.23%) of low protein (16%) and low isoleucine (0.41%) diet with high level (6%) of spray-dried blood cell on growth performance and serum parameters. Crystal isoleucine supplementation of low protein and low isoleucine diet increased average daily gain by 81% (P<0.05), average daily feed intake by 48% (P<0.05) and gain/feed by 19%(P<0.05). Serum urea nitrogen and serum ammonia concentrations decreased significantly after crystal isoleucine supplementation (P<0.05). It was suggested that isoleucine was one of the mainly limiting factors in low protein diets with high level of spray-dried blood cell and isoleucine supplementation improved the feeding value of spray-dried blood cell in piglets.
