小檗碱抑菌作用研究进展

摘    要:小檗碱又名黄连素,是从黄连和黄柏等重要临床药用植物中提取的异喹啉类生物碱。本文主要介绍了小檗碱的理化特性、抑菌机制及其构效关系和消除细菌耐药性等方面的研究进展,以期为小檗碱深入研究和作为新型饲料添加剂提供理论基础。

Abstract:Berberine is an isoquinoline alkaloid existing in a number of clinically important medicinal plants,such as Coptis Chinensis Franch and Cortex Phellodendri.This article mainly reviewed the current studies on the chemical structure and properties of Berberine,antimicrobial activities with its structure-activity relationship and drug resistance,which provided foundation for its further study and prospective application to feed additives.
