湖北白猪活体测定性状的主成分分析

摘    要:本文用主成分分析法对420头猪活体测定的9个指标进行了处理,选取了累计贡献率达84.6%的6个主成分进行了分析,提出了利用主成分分析法开展专门化品系选育及其配套应用的可能性

Abstract:Nine testing traits of 420 live pigs from Hubei white are studied by principal compoernt analysis.The first six principals,which their contributing rate accuralated up to 84.596%,are used to extablish model for special line selection and cross combinetion system.
