| 摘 要： | 牛肉的品质与消费嗜好和价位决定牛肉的市场档次和生产效益,牛肉的档次与相应的配套牛种及相应的育肥技术模式有关。本文分析了利木赞杂交黄牛后代在不同育肥技术模式下表现出的生产性能和肉质特性,供作选择牛种和育肥技术模式以及定位牛肉市场档次时的参考。 |

| Abstract: | The beef market-classes and production benefit were decided by the beef quality,consumption interest and beef price,and the beef market-classes relate to different crossbreeding systems and finishing technology pattern.The production performance and meat quality characteristics of Limousin crossbred progeny in different finishing technology patterns were subjected,the purpose is as reference to select breed,finishing technology pattern and locating the beef market-class. |
