油莎豆粕的营养价值及其替代部分玉米对生长猪的饲喂效果研究

摘    要:本研究旨在评价油莎豆粕对生长猪的营养价值,并探究不同水平油莎豆粕替代玉米对生长猪的饲喂效果。试验1评价油莎豆粕在猪上的营养价值,选取12头体重(51.12±3.41)kg的杜×大三元杂交健康去势公猪,随机分为2个日粮处理(玉米-豆粕基础日粮和油莎豆粕试验日粮),每个处理6个重复,每个重复1头猪。试验2采用完全随机区组设计,选取141头初始平均体重(34.7±2.4)kg的生长猪,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复8~9头猪,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,油莎豆粕按10%、15%、20%替代基础日粮中玉米,试验期共28 d,研究油莎豆粕对生长猪生长性能以及营养物质表观消化率的影响。结果表明:油莎豆粕在干物质状态下消化能和代谢能分别为14.61 MJ/kg和13.54 MJ/kg,有作为能量饲料的潜在价值;0~14d对照组的日采食量高于10%、20%替代组(P<0.05);10%替代组各营养物质表观消化率高于15%替代组(P<0.05),其干物质、有机物以及总能消化率高于20%替代组(P<0.05)。综上所述,油莎豆粕可以替代部分玉米饲喂生长猪,推荐替代玉米的比例为1...

Abstract:The purposes of the experiment were to evaluate the nutritional value of Cyperus Esculentus meal and the effects of its different levels to replace corn on growing pigs. The experiment was divided into two parts, the Exp. 1 evaluated the chemical composition, digestible energy(DE), metabolizable energy(ME) of Cyperus Esculentus meal fed on growing pigs.The Exp. 2 aims to study the effects of Cyperus Esculentus meal on growth performance and apparent total tract digestibility(ATTD) of growing pigs by feeding experiment, in which corn-soybean meal diet was used as the basal diet, and corn was replaced by 10%, 15% and 20% Cyperus Esculentus meal in the basal diet. The results of Exp. 1 showed that the DE and ME in the dry matter state were 14.61 MJ/kg and 13.54 MJ/kg, which were close to corn and indicated that it is a potential energy feed ingredient. The results of Exp. 2 showed that only the ADFI in the basal diet group was significantly higher than that in 10% and 20% replacement groups in the first stage(0~14 d), and no other significant differences were observed in ADG,FCR and ADFI in other stages. The ATTD of nutrients in the 10% replacement group was significantly higher than that in the 15% replacement group(P<0.05), and the ATTD of dry matter, organic matter and gross energy in the 10% replacement group were found higher than 20% replacement group(P<0.05), meanwhile no difference was observed in ATTD between 10%replacement group and basal diet group. In conclusion, Cyperus Esculentus meal can be used as an energy feed ingredient to replace partial corn fed to growing pigs, and the 10% replacement ratio is recommended.
