黄曲霉毒素降解菌对饲喂含AFB_1霉变玉米日粮蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究黄曲霉毒素降解剂(霉立解菌,MLJ060菌)对饲喂含黄曲霉毒素B(1AFB1)霉变玉米日粮蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选取60周龄农大三号蛋鸡70只,随机分为7个处理,分别为基础日粮(正常玉米)组(C0)和用20%、40%、60%霉变玉米分别替代C0组中等量正常玉米的C20、C40、C60组及霉变玉米日粮中添加MLJ 060菌的E20、E40、E60组,其中霉变玉米中AFB1含量为70μg/kg,MLJ 060添加量按每千克霉变玉米添加0.4 L发酵液,试验期为21 d。结果表明:对照组C0产蛋率为75%,随着日粮中霉变玉米添加量增加,C20、C40、C60组产蛋率分别降低到65%、63.41%和49.79%,C40、C60组显著低于C0组(P<0.05);而添加MLJ060菌后的E20组产蛋率提高到74.68%,E40、E60组的产蛋率也随之提高。C60组蛋鸡日耗料量显著低于C0、C20、C40组(P<0.05),MLJ060菌的添加没有显著改善采食霉变玉米鸡的采食量(P>0.05)。随发霉玉米添加量的增加,蛋黄重下降,蛋黄色泽、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度均显著变差(P<0.05),其中C40组蛋黄重显著低于C0组(P<0.05),E40组与对照组差异不显著;C20组的蛋黄色泽显著低于C0组,E20组与对照组接近。霉变饲料中添加黄曲霉素降解菌在一定程度上改善和缓解了黄曲霉毒素对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的不利影响。

Abstract:In this study,we investigated effects of aflatoxin degradation bacteria(MLJ060) on performance and egg quality of laying hens fed with naturally moldy corn with AFB1.Seventy 60-wk-old forage-saving laying hens were randomly divided into seven groups(five replicates per group with two laying hens per replicate).The seven dietary treatments consisted of conventional feed without moldy corn or MLJ060 fermentation broth as a control diet(C0),20% moldy corn instead of 20% normal corn(C20),20% moldy corn +MLJ060 fermentation broth(E20),40% moldy corn instead of 40% normal corn(C40),40% moldy corn +MLJ060 fermentation broth(E40),60% moldy corn instead of 60% normal corn(C60),60% moldy corn+MLJ060 fermentation broth(E60).In fact,70μg AFB1/kg moldy corn was detected by HPLC and 0.4 liter MLJ060 fermentation broth were added into 1 kilogram moldy corn.Experimental diets were offered for 3 weeks continuously.Results showed that laying rate in group C0,C20,C40 and C60 was 75%,65%,63.41% and 49.79%,respectively,and laying rate in group C40 and C60 were significantly lower than that in group C0(P<0.05).The laying rate in group E20 was improved to 74.68% after the addition of MLJ060 in moldy corn,which has restored to the level of group C0.And the laying rate in group E40 and E60 were accordingly increased after addition of MLJ060 in moldy corn.Daily feed intake(ADFI) in group C60 was significantly lower than that in group C0,C20 and C40(P<0.05),but the addition of MLJ060 in diets can not increase the feed intake(P>0.05).Yolk weight,eggshell strength,yolk colour and eggshell thickness were significantly deteriorated(P<0.05) with the addition of moldy corn with AFB1.Yolk weight in group C40 was significantly lower than that in group C0,and yolk colour in group C20 were significantly lower than that in group C0.The addition of MLJ060 to diets contained moldy corn with AFB1 have improved the yolk weight,eggshell strength,yolk colour and eggshell thickness of eggs to a certain extent,and the yolk weight in group E40 and yolk colour in group E20 were restored to the level of group C0 after adding MLJ060 into diets containing natural moldy corn with AFB1.In conclusion,aflatoxin in diets depressed performance and egg quality of laying hens,the addition of MLJ060 in diets contained with aflatoxin improved these unfavourable effects to a certain extent.
