摘    要:本研究测定了隐性白羽和仙居鸡参考家系F2代个体的腹脂率及26个微卫星标记,将不同基因型与腹脂率进行方差分析和多重比较。试验结果表明:位于4号染色体上的微卫星标记ADL136和10号染色体上的微卫星标记MCW67与腹脂率显著相关。

Abstract:The percentage of abdominal fat was measured in F2 population of Recessive White x Xianju chicken reference family by genotyping 26 microsatellite DNA markers. The results showed that the percentage of abdominal fat was significantly associated with 2 microsatellite loci, which were ADL136 in chromosome 4 and MCW67 in chromosome10.
