潍坊市犬奇异变形杆菌分离鉴定及耐药性检测

摘    要:奇异变形杆菌为人兽共患病原菌,多为继发感染。本研究从潍坊地区宠物医院的犬瘟热患病犬眼鼻分泌物和犬细小病毒感染患病犬直肠粪便中,共采集样品39份,进行奇异变形杆菌分离鉴定和耐药性检测。结果显示:分离鉴定出11株奇异变形杆菌,分离率为28.20%,其中犬细小病毒感染犬的奇异变形杆菌分离率为47.37%;16S rRNA序列分析结果显示,分离株与GenBank中公布的奇异变形杆菌菌株同源性为99.6%~100%;耐药性检测结果显示,分离株对四环素、头孢菌素类、呋喃唑酮、氯霉素、复方新诺明、环丙沙星和氨苄西林存在高度耐药,耐药率为36.36%~100%。该研究结果为宠物疾病防治及人类的公共卫生问题提供了一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Proteus mirabilis is a zoonotic pathogen mostly causing the secondary infection in human and animals.In order to provide some reference information for the prevention and treatment of pet diseases and human public health,a total of 39 samples including excretions from the eyes and nose of canine distemper cases and rectal feces canine parvovirus cases were collected from pet hospitals for isolation,identifi cation and drug susceptibility testing of P.mirabilis.As a result,11 P.mirabilis strains were isolated,among which the bacterial isolation accounted for 47.37%from canine parvovirus cases.16S rRNA sequence analysis showed that the homology between the P.mirabilis isolates and reference strains published in GenBank was 99.6%-100%.In addition,these isolates were highly resistant to tetracycline,cephalosporins,furazolidone,chloramphenicol,compound neotamine,ciprofl oxacin and ampicillin with the drug resistance rate of 36.36%-100%.
