河北省部分地区羊肠道病毒的流行病学调查与分析

为了掌握河北省羊肠道病毒(CEV)的流行现状,本研究采用RT-PCR方法对2017-2019年采集于河北省部分地区的266份羊粪便样品进行了CEV感染的病原学检测与分析。结果表明,266份粪便样品共检测出CEV阳性样品74份,CEV平均阳性感染率达27.82%,其中不同地区CEV阳性感染率为14.29%~37.14%,2017年、2018年、2019年CEV阳性感染率分别为21.62%、26.67%、33.33%,春季、夏季、秋季、冬季CEV阳性感染率分别为32.43%、14.29 %、34.09%、22.58 %,羔羊、育肥羊、种羊、后备种羊CEV阳性感染率分别为37.29%、14.26%、24.39%、15.79%,圈养、散养、半散养CEV阳性感染率分别为35.94%、15.38%、23.26%。调查与分析结果说明,河北省不同地区均存在不同程度的CEV感染,且阳性感染率存在逐年升高的趋势,秋季和春季相对于夏季和冬季羊群更容易发生CEV感染,羔羊相对于育肥羊和后备种羊更容易感染CEV,圈养方式相对于散养方式更容易发生CEV感染。

Epidemiological Investigation and Analysis of Sheep Enterovirus Infection in some Areas of Hebei Province

In order to understand the epidemic status of Caprine enterovirus(CEV)in Hebei province,266 sheep fecal samples were collected from 2017 to 2019 and tested by RT-PCR.The results showed that 74 samples(27.82%)were CEV positive out of 266 fecal samples and the positive rates ranged from 14.29%to 37.14%in different areas.In addition,the CEV positive rates were 21.62%,26.67%and 33.33%for 2017,2018 and 2019,respectively.The four seasons of a year had different CEV positive rates with 32.43%in spring,14.29%in summer,34.09%in autumn and 22.58%in winter.Lambs,fattening sheep,breeders and backup breeders had the CEV positive rates at 37.29%,14.26%,24.39%and 15.79%,respectively.The positive CEV rates also related to animal husbandry(35.94%,15.38%and 23.26%for captive,free and semi free breeders).These results showed that the CEV positive rates varied in some areas,seasons,sheep ages and growth conditions.
