2013-2018年福建省部分规模化猪场猪伪狂犬病病毒野毒感染的流行病学调查

摘    要:为了解2013-2018年福建省西南地区规模化猪场猪群伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)野毒感染情况,本研究分别采用PCR和ELISA检测方法,对2013-2018年该地区787个规模化猪场送检的1320份疑似发病猪群组织样品、3041场次的猪场67660份猪血清样品进行PRV病原学、血清学检测。结果显示:送检病例猪组织样品PRV野毒感染总阳性率为50.83%,场阳性率为52.60%;送检猪血清样品野毒感染抗体总阳性率为29.25%,场阳性率为61.13%。对检测数据进行分类统计,分析不同年份和不同猪群送检病例组织样品PRV野毒感染情况,发现2014年和2015年是福建省西南地区规模化猪场不同猪群猪伪狂犬病病毒野毒感染最严重时期;分析不同年份和不同猪群血清样品PRV野毒感染gE抗体,发现2015-2018年PRV野毒感染的猪场阳性率处于较高水平。不同猪群的猪存在一定比例的PRV-gE抗体阳性猪,但差别不明显。结果表明,福建省西南地区猪伪狂犬变异毒株流行后,规模化猪场猪伪狂犬病野毒防控形势更加严峻,提示应进一步加强伪狂犬病疫苗免疫的预防控制水平,并定期做好病原学、血清学监测,实时调整疫苗免疫程序,减少其他疫病的混合感染导致的猪场疫病控制更加复杂化。

Abstract:In order to investigate field swine Pseudorabies virus(PRV)infection status in southwest Fujian province,samples were collected from 2013 to 2018,including 1320 tissue from 787 large-scale pig farms and tested with PCR and 67660 serum samples from 3041 farms and tested with gE-ELISA.The results showed that the PCR positive rates were 50.83%for tissue samples and 52.60%for pig farms and gE-ELISA positive rates were 29.25%for serum samples and 61.13%for pig farms.Analysis of the test data revealed that the PRV infection in the tissue samples from the large-scale farms in southwest Fujian was the highest in 2014 and 2015 and PRV gE detection rate was higher level in the serum samples from 2015 to 2018.In addition,PRV gE detection varied in different pig ages but not significantly different.These results indicated that the filed swine Pseudorabies virus infection was prevalent on the large-scale pig farms in southwest Fujian,suggesting a necessity for etiological,serological surveillance and vaccination.
