中国淡水蛏的营养成份分析

摘    要:本文分析了中国淡水蛏的营养成份,其水分、灰分,蛋白质和脂肪的含量分别为87.8%、1.2%、9.3%和1.0%。并含有17种氨基酸(色氨酸未测),必需氨基酸占氨基酸总含量的35.7%。此外,还含有丰富的矿物质元素。

Abstract:The major nutrition compositions in Novaculina chinensis have been analysed.It consisted of 87 8% moisture,1 2% ash,9 3% crude protein and 1 0% fat.There were 17 kinds of amino acids.12 kinds of mineral element were measured.
