| 摘 要： | 本文分析了中国淡水蛏的营养成份，其水分、灰分，蛋白质和脂肪的含量分别为８７．８％、１．２％、９．３％和１．０％。并含有１７种氨基酸（色氨酸未测），必需氨基酸占氨基酸总含量的３５．７％。此外，还含有丰富的矿物质元素。

| Abstract: | The major nutrition compositions in Novaculina chinensis have been analysed.It consisted of 87 8% moisture,1 2% ash,9 3% crude protein and 1 0% fat.There were 17 kinds of amino acids.12 kinds of mineral element were measured. |
