| 摘 要： | 将不同浓度的玉屏风散加入到鸡脾脏淋巴细胞中,培养24、48、72 h,采用MTT法观察其对鸡脾脏淋巴细胞增殖的影响.结果表明,不同浓度的玉屏风散均能协同ConA促进鸡脾脏淋巴细胞增殖的作用,并以500 mg/mL的玉屏风散培养48 h增殖作用最强.

| Abstract: | MTT method was used to observe the effect of the Yupingfeng Pulvis on the proliferation of the chicken splenic lymphocyte by adding different concerntrations of yupingfeng powder in the chicken splenic lymphocyte for cuturing 24 h,48 h,72 h.The results showed that by culturing 24 h,48 h,72 h.Different concerntrations of Yupingfeng Pulvis could all cooperate with ConA in promoting the proliferation of the chicken splenic lymphocyte,and culturing with 500 mg/mL Yupingfeng Pulvis for 48 h had the greatest effe... |
