施铁对塔罗科血橙叶片叶绿素及其荧光和养分吸收的影响

摘    要:以缺铁黄化塔罗科血橙树为研究对象,设置了叶面喷施新型铁肥(200?、300?、450?稀释液)、土施EDDHA-Fe(60g/株)和不施铁为对照(CK)等5个处理,研究施铁对塔罗科血橙叶片叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光和叶片养分吸收的影响。结果表明,喷施新型叶面铁肥叶片叶绿素含量较CK显著增加。喷施新型铁肥200?处理的叶片活性铁与全铁含量均显著高于CK和EDDHA-Fe;喷施新型叶面铁肥叶片PSⅡ反应中心的有活性数量(RC/CSo)增加了15.10%~31.33%和受体侧PQ库的大小(Sm)显著提高了35.46%~53.58%。喷施铁肥200?处理的Fv/Fm和Fm/Fo分别较CK提高了5.32%和18.95%,其PIabs和PItotal也显著高于CK处理。因此,喷施新型铁肥200?稀释液对矫治石灰性紫色土塔罗科血橙叶片缺铁黄化具有较好的效果。

Effect of Iron Application on the content of chlorophyll and chlorophyll fluorescence and nutrition of Tarroco Blood Orange
Abstract:In order to study the effect of iron application on chlorophyll content, leaf nutrient and chlorophyll fluorescence, Tarroco blood orange was used as the experimental materials. There were set up five treatments including new iron foliar fertilizer (200? 300? 450?, soil applying EDDHA-Fe (60g/ strain) and control (CK). The results showed that with the new iron foliar fertilizer, the content of leaf chlorophyll significantly higher than that of CK. The content of active iron and total iron in leaves treated with 200?iron fertilizer was higher than that of CK and EDDHA-Fe. The number of reaction centers in the unit area of PSII(RC/CSo)was increased by 35.46%~53.58% under spraying new foliar iron fertilizer, at the same time its Sm increased significantly by 15.10%~31.33%. Compared with CK, Fv/Fm and Fm/Fo of 200?iron fertilize increased by 5.32% and 18.95% respectively, and PIabs and PItotal were also significantly higher than those of CK. Therefore, spraying new iron fertilizer 200?has a good effect on the chlorosis of Tarroco blood orange planted in calcareous purple soil.
