摘    要:花粉直感现象的研究可为生产上授粉品种的配置、提高果实质量和经济效益提供理论依据,因此研究花粉直感作用具有重要的实际意义。本研究以秋姬、绥李3号、龙园秋李、月光李、423五个李品种为母本,分别采用长李15、黄李、布林、安哥诺、红心李和混合花粉授粉,用所获得的30个组合为试验材料,统计获得组合的坐果率和单果重、测定获得组合的果实品质,研究花粉直感效应对李坐果率、单果重及果实品质的影响。研究结果表明:花粉直感对李的坐果率、单果重、维生素C、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸等方面影响较大。不同雌性系的花粉直感效应存在差异,反应在指标和变幅的不同。旨在为李树研究和生产上合理配置授粉品种,提高果实品质和效益提供参考依据。

Studies on Pollen Xenia of Plum
Abstract:Xenia study phenomena can provide a theoretical basis for the production of pollinated varieties configuration, improve fruit quality and economic efficiency, so the research role of Xenia has a very important practical significance. To study the effect of xenia on plum, total of 6 pollinators, Changli 15, Huangli, Bulin, Angenuo, Hongxinli and mixed pollen were used for pollinating 5 female plum cultivars, the 5 female plum cultivars Qiuji, Suilisanhao, Longyuanqiuli, Yueguangli and 423. 30 pollination combinations were obtained used as the experimental material. Statistics the rate of fruit-setting and single fruit weight, measure the fruit quality. The result showed that xenia have significant impact on the rate of fruit-setting, single fruit weight, Vc, soluble solid content and titration acid content of plum. Indexes and variance range of xenia effects were various in the female lines. This paper is useful to support the further study and rational allocation of pollination cultivars in practice so as to improve the fruit quality and benefits.
