摘    要:本文对斑驳型黄龙病不同发病程度的砂糖橘植株制订系统明确的严重度分级标准,将不同严重度的6年生砂糖橘植株进行单株产量的测定,0~4级株产量分别为61.9±4.08 kg、29.75±3.57 kg、19.43±1.36 kg、14.08±1.11 kg和9.7±0.80 kg。不同严重度的砂糖橘单株产量呈显著差异(P<0.05),严重度越高,单株产量越低。另外,对显症砂糖橘果实(红鼻子果)和健康砂糖橘进行单果称重、可溶性固形物和维生素C含量测定,红鼻子果的含量比健康果实的含量呈极显著降低(P<0.01)。

Effects of yield and quality of Shatangju (Citrus reticulate) infected by Huanglongbing (symptoms of mottling)
Abstract:In this study, different extents of Huanglongbing(HLB)-infected six-year-old Shatangju (Citrus reticulate ) trees showed symptoms of mottling were systematically graded according to disease severity. Evaluation of the fruit yield showed that the average yield per plant at 0~4 grades Shatangju were 61.9±4.08 kg, 29.75±3.57 kg, 19.43±1.36 kg, 14.08±1.11 kg and 9.7±0.80 kg. The results suggested that it had significant difference (P<0.05) in average yield of graded trees. Moreover, as the disease severity increased, the average yield was severely reduced. On the other hand, healthy fruits and symptomatic fruits (red nose fruits) were collected for quality analysis, including single fruit weight, total soluble solids and Vitamin C. In general, compared to healthy fruits, the content of disease fruits were significantly reduced (P<0.01).
