摘    要:以四川省资中县塔罗科血橙不同发育阶段的果实为材料,运用多种方法测定其生长过程主要营养成分含量的动态变化,分别在血橙果实的成熟期进行间隔采摘(采样时间为盛花期后254d、270d、296d、316d、334d)并进行生理指标测定,实验结果表明:随着发育时间的推移,血橙中维生素C、花青素的含量呈现先减后增的趋势,淀粉含量呈先增后减的趋势,可溶性糖和多酚含量整体呈上升的趋势,而有机酸含量趋势一直呈下降状态。该结论能够为四川地区血橙采摘及营养研究提供相关理论指导。

Abstract:The fruit of Talocco blood orange (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) at different developmental stages in Zizhong County, Sichuan Province was used as material to measure the dynamic changes of main nutrient contents during the growth process by various methods. The fruit of blood orange was picked at intervals during the maturity stage (sampling time was 254d, 270d, 296d, 316d, 334d after the flowering stage) and the physiological indexes were measured. The results showed that the contents of vitamin C and anthocyanins in blood orange decreased first and then increased, the content of starch increased first and then decreased, the content of soluble sugar and polyphenols increased, and the content of organic acids decreased. This conclusion can provide theoretical guidance for the optimal picking of blood orange in Sichuan.
