费约果嫁接繁殖研究

摘    要:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,研究了费约果品种(Unique、Coolidge和Mammoth)、嫁接方法(切接、劈接和枝腹接)和嫁接季节(夏季、秋季和春季)对嫁接成活率的影响。结果表明:不同品种间嫁接成活率差异不显著,嫁接季节是影响嫁接成活率的主要因素,其次是嫁接方法。最佳嫁接季节是春季,嫁接成活率为49.63%,最佳嫁接方法是切接法,嫁接成活率为38.52%,最佳试验组合——Mammoth在春季采用切接法,嫁接成活率达到84.47%。

Abstract:The factors impacting survival rate of feijoa (Feijoa sellowiana Berg. cv Unique, Coolidge and Mammoth) cut-grafting, cleft-grafting and side-grafting in summer, autumn and spring were studied with an orthogonal experiment design L9(34). The results showed that the grafting survival rate was not significantly different among three varieties. But, grafting times had greatest effect on the survival rate of grafted, and grafting methods took second place. The spring was the best grafting times, and the survival rate was 49.63%. In addition, the best grafting method was cut grafting which survival rate was 38.52%. In conclusion, the optimum grafting combination was that cut grafting was used in mammoth in spring. That is to say mammoth survival rate could attain 84.47% if this variety was grafted by cut grafting in spring.
