十年来苹果轮纹病菌对戊唑醇的敏感性变化

摘S要：为明确2009年和2018年采集的苹果轮纹病菌(Botryosphaeria dothidea)对戊唑醇的敏感性变化,采用菌丝生长速率法分别测定了每个年份采集的50株苹果轮纹病菌对戊唑醇的敏感性。结果表明,2009年采集的50株菌株EC₅₀平均值为 (0.6813±0.5549)mg/L,2018年采集的50株菌株EC₅₀平均值为(1.2864±0.9466)mg/L。随着时间的变化苹果轮纹病菌对戊唑醇的敏感性开始降低,部分菌株产生了2~5倍的低水平抗药性。

Change of sensitivity of Botryosphaeria dothidea to tebuconazole in the last ten years

In order to investigate the change of sensitivity of Botryosphaeria dothidea to tebuconazole in the last ten years, the sensitivities of 50 isolates of B. dothidea collected from Henan Province in 2008,2017 to tebuconazole were detected respectively by the method of mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that the means of the 50% effective concentration values(EC50) were(0.6813±0.5549)and(1.2864±0.9466)mg/L in different years,respectively. It showed that sensitivity of B. dothidea to tebuconazole began to decrease at different time, some strains have produced low level resistance of tebuconazole with 2~5 times.
