| 摘 要： | 采用蛋白质组分连续累进提取法，对紫花苜蓿种子全蛋白质、球蛋白、谷蛋白、清蛋白及醇溶蛋白含量进行测定，研究结果表明：全蛋白含量及4种蛋白质组分含量在不同品种间存在较大差异；同一品种的4种不同蛋白质含量也存在较大差异。本实验对紫花苜蓿种子的蛋白组分方面进行研究，为紫花苜蓿种质资源的保存、评价和利用提供依据。

| Abstract: | The contents of alfalfa seed total protein, globulin, glutelin, albumin and prolamin were tested by successive extraction of protein components, the results showed that the contents of total protein and other four protein were different among different species; The contents of four protein in the same species were different. In this article, our aim is to apply base for medicago sativa germplasm conservation, evaluation and usage by studying alfalfa seed protein components. |
