摘    要:为探讨叉花草的耐荫特性,研究了不同光照强度对其株高、叶面积、叶绿素含量及叶片结构的影响。结果表明,与全光照相比,株高、叶面积和叶绿素含量随遮光度的增加而增加,遮光70%以上使植株变得柔软;叉花草的栅栏组织为1层,海绵组织相对较为发达,在不同遮荫条件下,叶片厚度、栅栏组织和海绵组织均变薄,栅栏组织/海绵组织比值减小;叶片中叶绿素 a/b 随遮光度的增加而减小,表明叉花草适宜在遮光度60%~70%的环境下生长。

Abstract:In order to investigate the shade trait of Diflugossa colorata .The plant height,leaf area,chloro-phyll content and leaf structure were measured under the different shading.The results showed that,compared with CK,the plant height and leaf area increased with the degree of shading increases,and the plant became soft above shading 70%.The Diflugossa colorata had 1 layer palisade tissue with relatively developed spongy tissue .Under the shading,the leaf,palisade tissue and spongy tissue thickness was smaller than CK,and the ratio of the palisade and spongy tissue became small,while the ratio of Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b reduced with the increase of shading.The results showed that the Diflugossa colorata can growth under the environment of shading degree 60%-70%.
