摘    要:为明晰醉马草(Achnatherum inebrians)对高寒草地植物的化感效应,以醉马草根际土壤作为种子萌发的发芽床,研究醉马草根际土壤对6种高寒草甸植物垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)、醉马草、冷地早熟禾(Poa crymophila)、矮生嵩草(Kobresia humilis)、甘肃马先蒿(Pedicularis kansuensis)和酸模(Rumex acetosa)种子萌发的影响。结果表明:醉马草根际土壤对6种高寒草甸植物种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、根长和芽长均具有一定的抑制作用,且对发芽指数和活力指数的抑制效应大于对发芽率的抑制效应。醉马草根际土壤对垂穗披碱草、冷地早熟禾、矮生嵩草和甘肃马先蒿胚根生长的抑制均大于对其胚芽生长的抑制,对醉马草和酸模胚根生长的抑制均小于对其胚芽生长的抑制。利用各植物种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、根长和芽长的相对值,采用隶属函数法对6份植物种子萌发期抑制效应进行综合评价,抑制效应强弱依次为:矮生嵩草酸模甘肃马先蒿垂穗披碱草醉马草冷地早熟禾。

Abstract:In order to find out the allelopathy of Achnatherum inebrians to plant species in alpine meadow,the rhizosphere soil of A.inebrians were used as germination bed to study the effects of rhizosphere soil of A.inebrians on seed germination of 6 plant species (Elymus nutans,A.inebrians,Poa crymophila,Kobresia humilis,Pedicularis kansuensis and Rumex acetosa) in alpine meadow.The results showed that the rhizosphere soil of A.inebrians had certain inhibitory effects on the germination rate,germination index,vigor index,radical length and plumule length of 6 plant species.In addition,the inhibition on germination index and vigor index was greater than germination rate.The inhibition of rhizosphere soil on radical growth of E.nutans,P.crymophila,K.humilis and P.kansuensis was greater than plumule growth.In contrast,the inhibition on radical growth of A.inebrians and R.acetosa was less than plumule growth.Based on the relative values of the germination rate,germination index,vigor index,radical length and plumule length,the inhibition of 6 plant species during seed germination was comprehensively evaluated with the subordinate function method and ranked as K.humilis > R.acetosa > P.kansuensis > E.nutans > A.inebrians > P.crymophila.
