摘    要:对4种草坪草进行盆栽连续干旱试验,通过测定其叶片抗氧化物酶的活性,结果表明,施用土壤改良剂与草坪草的抗旱性有一定的关系:(1)不同的草种对YNEC的施用效果反映是不同的,受影响的大小依次为黑麦草〉高羊茅〉混播〉草地早熟禾;(2)施加土壤改良荆后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性值初期低于对照,而后又能高于对照,具有敏感的反应机制,这可能是施加土壤改良剂后在一定程度上能提高植物抗旱性的主要原因。

Abstract:The effects of YNEC soil-improvement on turfgrass drought stress were carried out based on uninterrupted drought stress experiment.The results showed that the effects of YNEC soil-improvement on turfgrass drought stress were different with turfgrass species.It showed that Lolium perenne> Festuca arundinacea>mixture> Poa pratensis.Activities of SOD,POD and CAT were lower at initial stage and then higher than cootrol by using YNEC soil-improvemen,which show that the turfgrass have sensitive reflects mechanism...
