结缕草根际联合固氮菌培养条件研究

摘    要:以结缕草根际土壤中筛选得到的5株联合固氮菌为试验材料,对其培养条件以及典型生长曲线开展研究。结果表明,菌株在10~45℃均可生长,最适生长温度在20~30℃;最适生长初始pH值在7.0~7.5;菌株N4、N5、N6、N8的最佳通气量为220mL,菌株N1最佳通气量为200mL;并在上述基础上经过进一步试验得到了菌株的典...

Abstract:Culture conditions and typical growth curve of five associative nitrogen-fixing bacteria strains,isolated from rhizosphere of Zoysia japonica,were studied.The results showed that all the tested strains could grow under 10 ℃ to 45 ℃,the optimum temperature for strains growth was from 20 ℃ to 30 ℃,and the optimum initial pH range was 7.0 to 7.5,the optimum ventilation volume was 220 mL for strain N4,N5,N0 and N8,while 200 mL for N1.And the typical growth curve of strains obtained as well in the present paper.
