用辩证思维谋划草业发展

我国草业经过30多年的发展,虽然取得了一定的成绩,但还没有成为一个大的产业。随着经济社会的发展,草业的重要性日益凸显。2015年中央1号文件要求加快发展草牧业,对我国草业和畜牧业建设意义重大。国家也在加大对草业发展的扶持力度,目前草业遇到了难得的发展机遇。唯物辩证法是研究解决发展问题的科学方法,我国草业要在唯物辩证法的指导下,用全面的观点认识草业发展取得的成绩和存在的问题,树立发展草业的信心和决心,遵循市场规律,加大扶持力度,延伸产业链条,处理好各种关系和矛盾,壮大草业事业,促进农牧民增收,培育和形成新的经济增长点,走出一条具有中国特色的草业发展道路。

In the last thirty years,prataculture in China has made some progress.However,it is still far from becoming a big industry.With the rapid development of economy and society,the role of prataculture has be-come more and more important.The NO.1 Document of Party Central Committee in 2015 plans to accelerate the development of grass and animal husbandry,this will bring significant influence to the prataculture and animal husbandry industry.The state has increased investment,and the prataculture encountered a rare development opportunity.Materialist dialectics is a common guideline for scientific research and problem solving.Chinese prataculture must be guided under the materialist dialectics,with a comprehensive perspective to understand the pratacultural achievements and existing problems,and to set up confidence and persistence for prataculture de-velopment.It also needs to follow the market principle,enhance the supporting efforts,extend the industry chain,properly handle the various relationships and contradictions,and to make the prataculture become stron-ger.This will increase the farmers'income,and form a new economic growth point,and finally establish a Chi-nese characterized prataculture development pathway.
