Abstract:The expression of different genes in roots of Alhagi sparsifolia,under salt stress,were analyzed based on Medicago Genome Array hybridized with Alhagi sparsifolia.The roots had been exposed to 220 mmol/L NaCl for 24hand the untreated roots as control.The results showed that there were 5 378genes ex-pressed under salt stress(8.8%of the total genes).And there were 127genes appeared to be up-regulated(with the ratio≥1)and 119appeared to be down-regulated(with the ratio≤-1).These up and down regulated genes were related to salt tolerance based on GO annotation analyzing.Thses could provide some information to salt tolerance mechanism of Alhagi sparsifolia.
