摘    要:对6株溶磷菌和4株固氮菌混合培养,选择最适培养条件即温度,pH和盐分,为确定促生菌的最佳发酵条件和生态适应性评价提供依据。结果表明:溶磷菌和固氮菌单独培养或混合培养最适温度在25-35℃,混合培养较单独培养生长良好;溶磷菌和固氮菌单独培养或混合培养最适pH为6.5~7.5,在pH7.5~8.5偏碱性环境下,混合培养生长...

Cultural conditions for mixed culture of phosphate solubilizing and nitrogen-fixing bacteria

Abstract:The cultural conditions(temperature,pH and salinity) for phosphate solubilizing bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria was determined and analyzed in order to provide a basis for the optimum fermentation conditions and evaluation of ecological adaptation.The results showed that the optimum temperature for separate or mixed culture of phosphate solubilizing bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria was ranged from 25 to 35 ℃,former culture was better than the latter.The optimum pH was ranged from 6.5 to 7.5.When pH was 7.5 to 8.5,the mixed culture was better compared to separate culture.The bacteria combinations of Lx81+W5,Lx191+W5 and Jm92+W5 Cou′d grew in 7% of the salt concentration,which performed the stronger salt tolerant compared to separate culture.
