| 摘 要： | 文章对番鸭"花肝病"病原进行了研究,证实病原为番鸭呼肠孤病毒。该病毒大小为50nm-70nm左右,圆形,无囊膜;雏番鸭人工感染该病毒后可出现和自然病例相同的临床症状和病理变化,并能回收到病毒,鸡、麻鸭人工感染不发病;该病毒不凝集鸡、鸭的红细胞,能够在鸡胚、番鸭胚成纤维细胞上增殖并出现明显的细胞病变;核酸类型为RNA,琼扩试验表明与禽呼肠孤病毒有血清学交叉反应。

| Abstract: | The systemic studies on pathogen of "mosaic liver disease" in Muscovy duck were conducted to demonstrate that"mosaic liver disease"in Muscovy duck is caused by Muscovy duck reovirus. Negatively stained preparation of virus supernatant was observed under electron microscopy and the result shows that the virus are round,no envelope,vi-ron size ranges from 50 nm to 70 nm in diameter.The virus can infect Muscovy duck but not infect chicken and duck. The virus can cause agglutination of erythrocytes from Muscovy duck, but not chicken and duck.Virus-induced CPE was observed in fibeoblast cell of chicken embryo and Muscovy duck embryo.Virus particles contain RNA as their genetic materials.The results of immunodiffusion test show that the virus has cross-reaction with avian reovirus. |
