| 摘 要： | 试验用75只1日龄罗曼鸡人工感染新城疫后,饲料中按每千克体重添加“病毒克”颗粒剂0．5g、1g治疗组和0.5g预防组,并设阳性对照组和健康对照组。结果表明：血清总蛋白（TP）0．5g治疗组极显著高于阳性对照组（P〈0．01）;白蛋白（ALB）各治疗组极显著高于阳性对照组,预防组显著高于阳性对照组;r-谷氨酸转移酶（GGT）和胆固醇（CHO）阳性对照组显著低于治疗组;乳酸脱氢酶（HDBH）阳性对照组显著高于各治疗组和预防组等,表明药剂对肝功能有较好的保护作用。

| Abstract: | 75 one-day-old lohmann chicken were divided into 5 groups,namely treatment group(0.5 g and 1 g"Bingduke"per ky weight),prevent group(0.5 g "Bingduke" per kg weight),positive control group and control group. The results indicated that the content of TP in serum of 0.5 g treatment was higher than that of the positive control group(P<0.01). The content of ALB of the prevention group was higher than that of the positive(P<0.05); the content of both GGT and CHO of the positive were lower than that of two treatments(P<0.05); the content of HBDH of the positive was higher than that of two treatments and preven group.This indicated that the medicament could protect liver well. |
