| 摘 要： | 从山东省临沂、烟台、滨州、济南、聊城、德州等15地、市的解剖诊断门诊部收集临诊上有典型病变鸡(鸭)病的病料230余份中分离出大肠杆菌165株,115株大肠杆菌进行了O血清型鉴,共鉴定出84个分离株的O血清型,鉴定结果表明O78、O36、O6与O107是本次调查的优势血清型.挑选59株进行致病性试验.动物试验结果表明94.9%的菌株对7日龄内雏鸡具有很强的致病作用,多数菌株可使接种雏鸡100%死亡

| Abstract: | This study involoved many groups of poultry with avian colibacillosis in 15 areas of Shandong Province. More than 230 samples were collected, 165 strains of Escherichia coli were identified,in which, 115 strains were selected for 0 serogrouping and O serogroups of 84 isolates were determined.O78,O36O6 and O107 were the dominant O serogroups in this study.59 strains were selected to evaluate their pathogenity on animals,and the result suggested that 94.9% of strains were high pathogenic for chickens.Most of these strains induced all of the inoculated chickens completely dead. |
