法氏囊疫苗免疫效果三种不同评价方法的比较

为了选出法氏囊疫苗免疫效果评估的合适方法,本研究使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、琼脂糖扩散试验(AGP)和中和抗体检测3种方法对6种法氏囊灭活疫苗免疫后28 d的抗体水平进行评估,同时,对采血鸡进行攻毒,攻毒后4 d剖检所有鸡,观察法氏囊病变,评估3种抗体水平与攻毒保护之间的相关性;结果显示,ELISA和AGP方法检测免后血清结果相对较高,中和试验方法检测免后抗体值较低;ELISA和AGP方法检测疫苗免后抗体水平与攻毒保护结果基本一致,使用中和试验方法检测免后抗体与攻毒保护相关性较差;建议在实际生产中使用ELISA和AGP方法进行法氏囊疫苗免疫效果的评估。

Study on Evaluation Method of Immunity Effect of IBD Vaccine

In order to select suitable methods for evaluating the immune effect of bursal disease(IBD) vaccines, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), agarose diffusion test(AGP) and the neutralization test are used to evaluate antibody levels of six kinds of inactivated Fabricius vaccines at 28 days after immunization. At the same time, ten chickens in each group were challenged with a virulent IBDV strain. Four days post-infection(dpi), dissect all the chickens and observe lesions of the bursa of Fabricius, and then contrast the consistence of the results of the antibody and the Anti-virus protection situation. According to these results, post-immunity antibody results from enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and agarose diffusion test(AGP) are relatively high, while antibody results from the neutralization test are lower;ELISA and AGP can better reflect the level of antibody after immunization, while there was no significant correlation between neutralizing antibody and postimmune antibody level, it is suggested that ELISA and AGP methods should be used to evaluate the immune effect of bursal vaccine in actual production.
