双低菜粕及添加复合酶制剂对生长猪生长性能及血清指标的影响

摘    要:选取健康"杜×长×大"三元杂交生长猪36头,按饲养试验要求分为3组,每组3个重复,每重复4头猪(公、母各半)。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮;试验1组(双低菜粕组)在对照组饲粮基础上,用8%的双低菜粕代以配方中7%的豆粕;试验2组(双低菜粕+酶组)在试验1组基础上添加0.03%专用复合酶制剂。预试期7 d,正试期32 d。结果表明,不同处理日粮对生长猪的生长和饲料利用无显著影响(P>0.05);添加酶制剂使生长猪血清FT3水平提高了17.01%(P<0.05);双低菜粕组生长猪血清IgA含量提高了14.08%(P<0.01),加酶后生长猪血清IgGI、gM、补体C3和C4含量分别提高了12.59%(P<0.01)、20.59%(P<0.01)、36.18%(P<0.01)和24%(P<0.01);不同处理日粮对生长猪血清抗氧化指标及Ca、P、BUN(尿素氮)含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。

Abstract:This research was conducted to study the effects of double-low rapeseed meal and adding compound enzymes on the growth performance,the serum immune and antioxidant indicators,thyroid hormone and calcium,phosphorus,urea nitrogen level of the growing pigs.36 healthy growing pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) with an average initial body weight were randomly allocated to three groups by weigth and sex,each was replicated three times with four pigs per replicate.The control group was fed the corn-soybean meal(SBM)diet.In test group one(double-low rapeseed meal,DL-RSM group),8% double-low rapeseed meal took replacement of 7% SBM of the control group diet.In test group 2(DL-RSM + Enzymes group),0.03% complex enzymes were supplemented on the basis of DL-RSM group's diet.The feeding experiment lasted for 32 days,after 7 days of adaptation period.The results showed that different treatment diets had no significant effect on the growth performance and feed utilization of the growing pigs(P>0.05);adding enzymes significantly increased the serum FT3 level of the growing pigs by 17.01%(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the serum IgA level was increased by 14.08%(P<0.01).Compared to the DL-RSM group,adding the complex enzymes increased the serum IgG,IgM,C3 and C4 levels of the growing pigs by 12.59%(P<0.01),20.59%(P<0.01),36.18%(P<0.01) and 24%(P<0.01);different treatment diets had no significant effects on serum antioxidant indicators and Ca,P,BUN level in the growing pigs(P>0.05).
