玉米DDGS饲喂肉鸭的营养价值研究

摘    要:试验用不同添加水平的玉米DDGS代替豆粕饲喂樱桃谷肉鸭,旨在探讨其饲喂肉鸭的营养价值。试验采用单因素完全随机分组设计,共设5个处理组,分别添加0(对照组)、2%、4%、6%和8%的玉米DDGS。每组3个重复,每个重复40只。结果表明:在采食量方面各添加DDGS组与对照组相比有提高的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);在平均日增重和料肉比方面,2%、4%和6%组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),而8%组日增重极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),料肉比极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);在饲料增重成本方面,各添加DDGS组均低于对照组。可见,在肉鸭饲料中添加到6%的DDGS不影响肉鸭的生产性能,但是可以明显降低成本,取得较好的经济效益。

Abstract:To evaluate the feed value of DDGS in diet of meat duck, six hundred Cherry Valley ducks (12 day-old) were randomly assigned to five treatments which were replicated three times with forty ducks each. Diets were formulated according to NRC(1994) nutrient needs of ducks, containing 0%、2%、4%、6% or 8% DDGS, respectively. The results indicated that: compared with the control group , with the proportion of 2%、4%、6% DDGS in the feed of the trial groups, there are no significant diversity in the average daily gain、average daily feed intake and the feed conversion ratio(P>0.05). Meanwhile ,the groups with 8% DDGS, significant decreased the average daily gain and increased feed conversion ratio(P<0.01). But the diets containing DDGS significant reduced the feed cost compared with the control group(P<0.05). So Cherry Valley ducks diets with additional proportion of 6% DDGS had no influence on growing meat duck production , but can obviously reduced the feed cost and had the great profits.
