糖萜素-Ⅱ对黄羽肉鸡生长、肉质和免疫的影响

摘    要:以黄羽肉鸡为试验对象,研究糖萜素-Ⅱ对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及机体抗体水平的影响。1800羽黄羽肉鸡随机分成3组,每组6个重复,基础日粮中分别添加糖萜素-Ⅱ500mg/kg、糖萜素-Ⅱ250mg/kg+抗生素和抗生素。试验结果表明,肉鸡的全期平均增重和料肉比糖萜素-Ⅱ组和抗生素组差异不显著(P>0.05);肉质测定后在滴水损失和肉色方面,糖萜素-Ⅱ组与抗生素组差异不显著(P>0.05),而糖萜素-Ⅱ组肉鸡的肌苷酸含量比抗生素组提高了12.07%,糖萜素-Ⅱ组胆固醇含量、重金属铅和镉含量比抗生素组分别降低了37.10%,27.83%,37.96%,差异都显著(P<0.05)。NDV抗体水平处于9lg2以上的血清样品,糖萜素-Ⅱ组占73.33%,抗生素、糖萜素-Ⅱ+抗生素组都含56.67%,比后两组提高了16.66%。试验结果表明,糖萜素-Ⅱ饲料添加剂能促进肉鸡生长,改善肉的品质,有效提高肉鸡机体的免疫力,是一种安全、高效、环保型饲料添加剂。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the effect of saccharicterpenin-Ⅱ on their performance、meat quality and antibody level in yellow broilers. 1 800 broilers were randomly assigned to three treatments , each consisted of six replications, and added saccharicterpenin-Ⅱ500mg/kg,saccharicterpenin-Ⅱ250mg/kg+ antibiotics and antibiotics respectively on basic diet. Results showed that average gain and feed meat ratio of broilers in the whole period had no significant difference(P>0.05)compared in three treatments. Broilers drip loss and meat color in saccharicterpenin-Ⅱtreat were not more better than antibiotic treatment(P>0.05). Muscle inosinic acid in saccharicterpenin-Ⅱtreat was improved by 12.07% compared with antibiotic treat; and muscle cholesterol, Pb and Cd was decreased by 37.10%、27.83% and 37.96% respectively, all had significant difference(P<0.05). Serum samples of more than 9lg2 NDV antibody level in antibiotics treatment、saccharicterpenin-Ⅱ+ antibiotics treatments and saccharicterpenin-Ⅱ treatment were 56.67% 、56.67% and 73.33% respectively, so the antibody in saccharicterpenin-Ⅱ treatment was 16.66% higher than other two treatmnets. Therefore saccharicterpenin-Ⅱhad the capability to stimulate the growth of yellow broiler, effectively improve their meat quality and body immunity, then to promisingly substitute antibiotics feed additive.
