| 摘 要： | 试验的目的是建立测定饲料中磺胺二甲嘧啶、磺胺六甲氧嘧啶、磺胺氯哒嗪、磺胺甲恶唑含量的反相高效液相色谱方法。以ZorbaxSB-C18为色谱柱;乙腈-冰乙酸-水(18+1+81)为流动相;紫外检测波长为285nm;柱温为40℃;进样量为10μl。结果表明,线性在20～160mg/kg良好,平均回收率较高;检测限达到10mg/kg。该法准确度高、精密度好、简便快速。

| Abstract: | To establish a RP- HPLC method for determination of sulfamethazine, sul famonomethoxine , sulfachloropyridazine and sulfamethoxazole in feed. Samples we re determined by RP- HPLC on a Zorbax SB- C18 column with a mixture of acetonitr ile- glacial acetic acid-water(18+1+81) as mobile phase and UV detection at 285n m and column temperature at 40℃. Results:linearity was good in the range of 20 ～160mg/kg,the average recovery was high and the detection limit was 10mg/kg. T he method is rapid, simple and accurate. |
