摘    要:为优化红金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺,本研究采用正交试验法设计对红金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺进行优化,考察了不同的提取工艺对金银花中绿原酸提取率的影响。结果显示,正交试验优选出红金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺的最佳条件,即提取时乙醇的用量为药材的10倍,乙醇浓度为75%,提取次数为2次,提取时间为2h。表明研究试验结果可靠,以优化的工艺所得金银花中绿原酸提取率高,有利于大生产。

Abstract:Optimize the extraction process of the chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica var.chinensis.An orthogonal design was adopted to optimize extraction process of chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica var.chinensis.We evaluated the influence made by different extraction processes of isoflavones in Lonicera japonica var.chinensis on the effect of extraction rate of chlorogenic acid.The optimum conditions for chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica var.chinensis by orthogonal test were as follows:athanol for 10 times weight of medicinal materials in the process of extraction and ethanol with 75% in the process of extraction for 2h,repeated two times.The result of this experiment is reliable.The extraction rate of chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica var.chinensis by the optimized process is high.So it is propitious to the batch production.
